I got B-day flowers from my BF, he was away & ordered them online not knowing who was delivering them. When he saw them in person after his trip, he was disappointed w/ what I received & what he paid for me to be surprised with. I told him they were beautiful, but I could tell he was sad. I called the shop & explained the situation to them & they were so understanding. They explained that the online company keeps a large % of the order & they don't really get any info. They offered to send me another arrangement w/o any issues. I got my new one and it is BEAUTIFUL. Thanks! We will return again
